You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return new and unused items for a full refund.

All items sent back to STNGR need a Return Merchandise Authorization, also known as an RMA, before they are returned.

General Returns

Don’t need what you ordered or decided to go a different direction? We’ve got you.

We are happy to accept returns of new and unused products in their original packaging within 90 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

Shipping Items Back to STNGR

  • We are happy to provide a label for your return shipment. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • You are also welcome to use your own shipping service provider.

Changed Your Mind After Opening the Box Within 30 Days?

If your item is like new, unused, never installed, and you still have all packaging, instructions, warranty cards, accessories, and included materials in like-new condition, we can still accept it as a return.

Items that show signs of use, altered or damaged packaging, broken security seals, or missing materials may be treated as a non-new return and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Open Box, Clearance, and Blemish Items

All sales are final on items marked as Clearance, Open Box, or Blemish. If the item you received is defective, contact us and we will help make it right.

Shipping Damage

Any items with visible shipping damage need to be reported to STNGR within 3 business days of receiving your order.

If the item is defective due to shipping damage, we will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of shipping.

Please keep all damaged packaging and products, as UPS, USPS, or FedEx may need to inspect the package. Sending us pictures also helps us improve our packaging process.

Defective Items

Within 30 Days

If your item has a manufacturer defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Contact us at support@STNGRUSA.com to get started.

After 30 Days

  • For STNGR products, we’ll support warranty issues through our SWARM LIFETIME WARRANTY.
  • For other brands, we’ll help you contact the manufacturer and start the warranty process.

Still Waiting on a Refund?

Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Your financial institution may take up to 7 business days to process the refund after it has been issued.

Notes for All Shipments and Returns

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • Keep all product packaging, tags, instructions, and materials until you’re satisfied with your purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been physically altered or modified in any way.
  • Please inspect items immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Warranty returns may undergo internal testing. Fully functional items may be returned to you.
  • All items are sold and shipped in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Some items may be restricted or prohibited in your area, so please check your local regulations before ordering.
